The way we get news and information has changed a lot in the last decade. The City of Vancouver works to keep up with these changes, but we’re always looking for ways to improve the way we communicate with you.

The City currently relies on a variety of tools to help get the word out about our projects, programs and initiatives. These tools include traditional print and broadcast media, our website, our social media accounts, Clark/Vancouver Television, neighborhood association newsletters, email and even direct mail.

Your input here will help us better understand which of these communications tools are most effective, and which tools might be missing from our toolbox.

Help us communicate better with you!
