Key Dates

Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) will accept applications for 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units at Fourth Plain Commons. (We are not accepting applications for studio apartments at this time.) Fourth Plain Commons is located at 2200 Norris Road, Vancouver WA. Electronic and paper applications will be accepted beginning March 2, 2023. Signed paper applications must be hand delivered to the VHA dropbox or mailed to Vancouver Housing Authority, 2500 Main St, Vancouver WA 98660.

Please join the City of Vancouver, Vancouver Housing Authority and Fourth Plain Forward to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Fourth Plain Community Commons.

Parking is limited, but the Fourth Plain Community Commons is easily accessible by C-TRAN's The Vine on Fourth Plain Boulevard.
