East Evergreen and Grand Boulevards are locally-oriented corridors that boast an emerging small business district, have a unique character with smaller-scale buildings oriented to the street, and are located in an area adjacent to established neighborhoods. The City of Vancouver has embarked on a community planning process for the Evergreen and Grand study area that is intended to support neighborhood livability and create a walkable environment where businesses can thrive.
Public Input on the Vision, Goals, and Objectives
The project team is seeking community input on the vision, goals, and objectives to ensure they reflect community priorities through a virtual open house series and online survey. The August virtual open houses follow an earlier in- person kick-off open house and online survey in February where community members helped identify issues, opportunities, and priorities for the future development of the Evergreen and Grand commercial corridors. You can view the full recorded presentation from the August virtual open houses here.

Take the online survey below to share your feedback with the City about the vision, goals, and objectives for the corridors. Your input will help the City establish the long-term vision for the corridors and recommendations to achieve this vision, which will be reviewed with the community at public outreach opportunities anticipated in fall and winter 2020.
