Homeless Camp Safety and Crime

I own a condo at One Lake Place and the HOA recommended owners and tenants send comments to you about the location of the camp. Since the camp took hold at its current location my tenant has had two break-ins into his garage which resulted in damage to the door, and the stealing of several items in his car, as well as the removal of a fog light from his vehicle. Homeless can be seen wandering through the complex and our unit backs up to Burnt Bridge Creek where he has seen homeless congregating in the evening hours. There must be a better location for a camp, nearer to facilities that can provide food and medical care rather than being smack in the middle of a populated residential area. The cost in repairs and worry about basic safety was never an issue until the homeless camp started. Please consider alternate locations!

When I was young, my father's house was robbed of two hundred gold pocket watches appraised at one million dollars. His oldest son had been thoughtfully sending his father gifts of antique watches from around the world while employed by Boeing.
